All of our work is guaranteed. If we have not fulfilled our obligation to resolve the issues, we will continue our work for as much time as it takes without any further charges for our time.
All parts we use are warrantied against defects. If any parts or computers need warranty service, we will deal with the manufacturers on your behalf so that you don't have to deal with any of the headache.
We always perform a full system backup before we begin repairs. It's a simple philosophy, but it's true. We only have computers because of the data that is stored on, or goes through them. Therefore the data must be the number one priority in all of our repairs.
